This role assists with programming, space planning, code research, construction documentation, and construction phase services while gaining progressive responsibility and experience. Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Produce deliverables for all project phases, including but not limited to concept plans, space plans, schematic design packages, design development packages, and construction documents</li>\n <li>Participate in construction administration tasks, including but not limited to submittal reviews, RFIs, revisions, and site visits</li>\n <li>Assist in the development of graphic presentations, 3D renderings, drawings, and other visual materials</li>\n <li>Contribute to finish selections, design documentation, and specifications</li>\n <li>Help prepare and present FF&E selections, including furniture, fabrics, and finishes</li>\n <li>Use hand sketching and digital tools to communicate design ideas and concepts</li>\n <li>Assist in the development of OPCs</li>\n <li>Investigate code and regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers in a team-oriented environment</li>\n <li>Coordinate with consultants, vendors, product representatives, and fabricators as directed</li>\n <li>Support the use of new and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance design workflows</li>\n <li>Gain exposure to a variety of project types, including Civic, Commercial, Faith, Healthcare, K-12, and Higher Education</li>\n <li>Maintain organized materials libraries and manage vendor presentations for the Interiors team</li>\n <li>Participate in office activities, initiatives, and learning programs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited university</li>\n <li>0-3 years of related project experience or internship experience at a commercial interior design or architecture firm</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Revit</li>\n <li>Proficiency in modeling using 2D/3D software, Enscape, hand sketching, and AI techniques</li>\n <li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)</li>\n <li>Ability to work in person in the office 5 days a week with hybrid opportunities available with manager discretion </li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior designers/architects</li>\n <li>Clear verbal communication abilities and are detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Possess a visual communication style and can think and visualize in three-dimensions</li>\n <li>Capable  of working on multiple projects in multiple phases at the same time</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
