Working with communities across Ontario, our team is part of bringing meaningful change. Be a trusted advisor to your clients and build strong, lasting relationships with senior leaders. You will bring in-depth knowledge and have led and managed complex projects from start to finish, in alignment with your clients objectives. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client’s strategy and goals.</li>\n <li>Lead programs or work and large capital projects, varying in size and scope.</li>\n <li>Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded on all projects and the client’s best interests are represented with respect to contractual and technical issues.</li>\n <li>Select, organize and influence the performance of multi-disciplined project teams.</li>\n <li>Lead client and project meetings. Manage multiple stakeholders and communication streams.</li>\n <li>Maintain contact with existing and prospective clients and respond to business development and sales opportunities with support from the Business Development Managers, Principals or Vice President.</li>\n <li>Regularly reporting on project status by means of schedule updates, meeting minutes, financial records and other reports.</li>\n <li>Provide oversight and leadership to the change management process, payment certificates and other contract or project related administrative documents.</li>\n <li>Oversee the control of project related documents and deliver all work in accordance with our Quality Management System and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>4 - 8 years of project management experience, representing owners in the delivery of building developments.</li>\n <li>A university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management.</li>\n <li>Project Management Professional designation (PMP). </li>\n <li>Experience working with public sector clients would be an asset.</li>\n <li>Deep knowledge of various design and construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, as well as building codes, contract law and relevant legislation.</li>\n <li>Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and experience working in a PMO environment.</li>\n <li>Effective client management and people management skills matched with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client and technical issues.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented leader with the ability to work in a process driven environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Expected Compensation: $72,158– $103,993 per year (CAD)</p>\n<p>This compensation range represents our good-faith estimate at the time of posting, based on market benchmarks and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined considering the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and regional consideration.
