The sectors served may include Residential and Commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, airports, and sports venues.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>An Associate Project Manager will assist the Project Manager / Team Leader’s direction by assisting with technical supervision, staff development, and business development. Here are some key responsibilities for such a position:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<li><strong>Project Planning and Management:</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the Project Manager in preparing detailed project plans to meet client/project requirements and deadlines.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Project Manager to manage the overall project lifecycle from inception through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with both local and international building codes and regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<li><strong>Technical Leadership: </strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide technical guidance to other designers and engineers on the analysis, design, and delivery of structural engineering projects.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering consultants to develop engineering solutions.  </li>\n <li>Utilize advanced engineering tools and techniques to optimize project outcomes.</li>\n <li>Develop/implement/follow a robust QA/QC process to review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary.</li>\n <li>As and when required as per client requirements conduct regular site visits in India during the construction phase of the project. Prepare site observation reports and share with client and contractor</li>\n</ul>\n<li><strong>Client Interaction and Communication:</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.</li>\n <li>Understand and address client needs and expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.</li>\n <li>Negotiate with clients and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project delivery within agreed parameters.</li>\n <li>Whenever required participate in business development and client presentations.</li>\n</ul>\n<li><strong>Professional Development and Innovation:</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering and project management methodologies.</li>\n <li>Encourage continuous learning and development within the team through workshops, courses, and professional certifications.</li>\n <li>Explore innovative solutions and technologies that can improve efficiency and outcomes of structural engineering projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our clients include architects, developers, institutional entities, and contractors.
