This includes ground handling support; aviation fuel; overflight, landing, and urgent permits; VIP catering, hotels and transportation options. These services are arranged through our 24/7 Operations Control Center, a network of over 200 staff located in 40 countries and local service providers worldwide. We support a wide range of customers – from freighters, charters, business aviation to VVIP flights, flying anything from a single propeller aircraft to A340.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are currently looking to fill position of Flight Operations Coordinator /<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> </span>OCC Coordinator</span><span> </span>in our Operations Control Center based in Prague, Czech Republic.</p>\n<p>Our Operations Control Center team is young and very dynamic. The Flight Operations Coordinator joining the team will have the opportunity to work in a nice friendly environment with a large scope of responsibilities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working on operations and dispatch for general aviation</li>\n<li>Administering office agenda</li>\n<li>Attending to correspondence and phone calls</li>\n<li>Communication with all departments and their respective employees both locally and internationally</li>\n<li>Flight monitoring and flight coordination with regards to safety, regularity and efficiency</li>\n<li>Collecting and archiving necessary documents and data concerning flights</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school education</li>\n<li>Excellent PC skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li>\n<li>Advanced level of English language (written, spoken, listening skills); other language is advantage</li>\n<li>Aviation background</li>\n<li>Excellent communication (spoken and written), presentation and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Multi-tasking capabilities</li>\n<li>Customer service oriented attitude</li>\n<li>Team player, willing and able to learn</li>\n<li>Patient, reliable and responsible, attention to details</li>\n<li>Able to work night shift</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">And what we are offering?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in a stable and leading international company</li>\n<li>Young multinational team</li>\n<li>Financial remuneration corresponding with performance</li>\n<li>Meal vouchers<br></li>\n<li>Multisport card</li>\n<li>Yearly transportation ticket reimbursement</li>\n<li>Language courses</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">If you are looking for your next challenge, then we want to hear from you!
