Dinamic AS Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to support client relationships and ensure the smooth coordination of account activities. In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for clients, assisting with account management, coordinating service requests, and helping maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary support contact for client accounts and inquiries. Coordinate account activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Maintain and update account records, documentation, and client information. Monitor client requests and follow up to ensure successful resolution. Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and concerns. Assist with preparing reports, account summaries, and service updates. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Support account management initiatives and administrative functions. Ensure all communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with standard office software and business applications.
