Maintain and update account records, documentation, and client information. Monitor client requests and follow up to ensure successful resolution. Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and concerns. Assist with preparing reports, account summaries, and service updates. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Support account management initiatives and administrative functions. Ensure all communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with company standards. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with standard office software and business applications.
