All studios are heated to 85–95° using state-of-the-art infrared technology, designed to create a detoxifying sweat, boost circulation, and increase flexibility. Classes are music-driven and held in dark, candlelit rooms with no mirrors—helping students turn inward, stay present, and focus on their unique journey. The result?
