    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>Xtra Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Workers to support our client facilities. The Janitorial Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in accordance with client expectations and company standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Essential Job Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting</li>\n<li>Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas</li>\n<li>Empty trash receptacles and replace liners</li>\n<li>Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces</li>\n<li>Restock paper products and cleaning supplies as needed</li>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly</li>\n<li>Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor</li>\n<li>Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and follow instructions</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n<li>Reliable attendance and punctuality required</li>\n<li>Ability to pass pre-employment screening, if required by client</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 40 pounds</li>\n<li>Ability to push/pull cleaning equipment and carts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Work Schedule &amp; Pay</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule: To Be Determined</li>\n<li>Pay Rate: To Be Determined</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Xtra Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
