Our services include crisis intervention, psychiatric assessment and treatment, case management in conjunction with therapeutic services, individual and group therapy (including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy), psycho-social rehabilitation services, peer support, and vocational services.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(71, 85, 119);\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</span></strong></p><ul><li>Provide community-based services to adults experiencing mental illness in Anchorage, Alaska</li><li>Work on a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment planning, psychosocial skills training, individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention and other services driven by client need<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(71, 85, 119);\">Good To Know</span></strong></p><ul><li>Position is based in Anchorage, Alaska</li><li>Full-Time, Exempt&nbsp;</li><li><div id=\"isPasted\"><div><p>Pay Range is $73,100 to $89,000 depending on experience. This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus and annual incentive opportunities up to $15,000!</p></div></div></li><li><div id=\"isPasted\"><div><p>Student Loan Repayment and Tuition Assistance is Available &ndash; Professional Growth is encouraged!</p></div></div></li><li><div id=\"isPasted\"><div><p>Clinicians participate in regular individual and group supervision and are provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development plan.</p></div></div></li><li>AKBH offers generous benefits including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children, <span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif;' id=\"isPasted\">Five (5) weeks of PTO for the first year; eight (8) weeks of PTO after the first year. PTO is used for company recognized holidays. 401k with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, 4% automatically contributed by AKBH.</span></li><li>AKBH consistently provides both individual and group clinical licensure supervision for our behavioral health providers who are working towards their post-master&#39;s and post-doctoral clinical licenses. &nbsp;The most common licenses for therapists in Alaska are Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. &nbsp;Both require 100 hours of clinical supervision. &nbsp;Market rates for licensure clinical supervision are $150-$200 and hour. &nbsp;At 100 hours, that is a $15,000 to $20,000 value &ndash; and our staff receive it as a free benefit.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(71, 85, 119);\">What We Need from You</span></strong></p><ul><li>You have a Master&#39;s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field</li><li>You have experience working with SMI clients, and a background with substance abuse treatment is preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(71, 85, 119);\">Alaska Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.&nbsp;</span></strong></p><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
