    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></span><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Full Time<br>Morgan Industrial<br>Dallas, TX, USA</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong id=\"isPasted\">Omega Morgan believes that each employee makes a significant contribution to our success. &nbsp;That contribution should not be limited by the assigned responsibilities. &nbsp; Therefore, this position description is designed to outline primary duties, qualifications and job scope, but not limit the individual nor the organization to just the work identified. &nbsp; It is our expectation that each employee will offer his/her services wherever and whenever necessary to ensure the success of our endeavors.</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The Outside Salesperson is responsible for prospecting and then selling Omega Morgan &ldquo;engineered moving solution&rdquo; services to business and industrial establishments or individuals in person and over the telephone by performing the following duties.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Build and maintain customer relationships to maximize the sales of Omega Morgan &ldquo;engineered moving solution&rdquo; services</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Heavy prospecting and cold calling until a stable client base is established</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Follow up on leads to build a solid customer base of reoccurring business</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Estimate and manage projects to ensure company margin targets are achieved</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Develop long term relationships with customers</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Coordinate job walks and assist with customer bids / estimates to accurately price projects</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Keep accurate records of customer interactions documented in company CRM</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Complete company required reporting in a timely manner</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Virtually attend sales meetings</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Uses job-appropriate PPE.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Respectfully takes direction from Supervisor.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Other Duties as assigned</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Project Management:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist managing projects to minimize risk and ensure customers&rsquo; needs are met</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Organize all project information to ensure that work orders have all the necessary information</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist with collections and accounts receivable</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Work closely with operations team to facilitate transition from sales to execution</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Required Experience and/or Education&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred and/or 4 years of experience in sales or comparable field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">At least 2 years of experience and understanding of rigging and machinery fields.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Customer Resource Management (CRM) software preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span></p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
