Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions. 3rd Shift: 9:30 pm - 5:30 am About the role: Under general supervisory direction, assists in the daily support of processes, materials and equipment for medical devices consisting of extruded, braided and injection-molded components in order to meet production goals. Work Mode At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week Relocation Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include: Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment issues to minimize downtime and meet production goals. Modify existing and develop new tooling and fixtures. Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to improve processes. Work with vendors and suppliers to procure and install tooling, fixtures, and equipment. Work with engineers on continuous improvement projects and new product transfers. Work with departmental customers to improve material / process quality. Identify and assist in resolving safety, health, or environmental issues associated with processes or equipment, and maintain compliance with good manufacturing practices. Train and provide technical support or direction to product builders and other technicians. Write and execute validation protocols and technical reports.
