    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Intelligence Management Specialist </strong>to join our team at <strong>Fort Meade</strong>, supporting the <strong>70</strong><strong>th </strong><strong>Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing (ISRW).</strong>  The Intelligence Management Specialist will oversee and manage network/systems administration support for the <strong>70 ISRW</strong> and subordinate units.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support all aspects of network service management to include user support, performance management, account management, security management, and fault management. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Administer the configuration and performance of network assets and ensure network infrastructure connectivity through network management toolsets and administrative functions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Liaise daily with the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) and enterprise service center (ESC) to help resolve user and network related issues as well as maintain the integrity of the site domain. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Administer help desk support of IT systems; provide first-level contact with customers, to include senior leadership personnel and convey resolutions to issues, track and route trouble tickets. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide support to all units, to include future expansion, increase in growth, and ensure the systems management environment functions effectively is executed and the deployment of all software used on the local base network to include baseline images. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor organizational compliance and responsiveness to multi-discipline intelligence requirements, standards, and customer Requests for Information (RFI)/support. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide executive-level oversight by validating and enforcing standardized procedural instructions across the ISR enterprise. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel may be required (Up to 15%) </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience Level:</strong><p>Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.</p></li>\n <li><p>DOD 8140 Compliance based on DCWF code 462, Intermediate level</p></li>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Expertise in <strong>cryptologic support</strong>, <strong>cybersecurity operations</strong>, and <strong>network/system administration</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced knowledge in cyber defense tools, network security, and incident response methodologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with cyber threat analysis and mitigation strategies. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
