This role involves ethical and professional investigative work on Workers’ Compensation and Liability claims, primarily through surveillance and factual data collection.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Details around field specific programs, and other perks can be discussed during the interview process.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct surveillance on Liability and Work Comp Insurance claims.</li>\n<li>Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle or other stationary positions during surveillance – up to 12 hours per day.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel to different locations for investigations, which may involve driving, walking, or using public transportation.</li>\n<li>Maintain visual focus during surveillance activities, often for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Ability to navigate various environments, including urban, rural, and indoor settings.</li>\n<li>Ability to review and dissect comprehensive reports, as well as Police reports.</li>\n<li>Ability to write a detailed surveillance report to Company Standards.</li>\n<li>Ability to review video in order to properly prepare reports. </li>\n<li>Ability to covertly document a Subject without being detected.</li>\n<li>Ability to search, locate and utilize Social Media throughout the investigative process.</li>\n<li>Ability to react quickly and use good judgement to scenarios that may arise during surveillance.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of pretexting is preferable.</li>\n<li>Ability to think outside the box.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be 18 years of age – unless otherwise stated by State Licensure Laws</li>\n<li>Associate degree or comparable field experience preferred</li>\n<li>Must pass background check</li>\n<li>Must pass a clean driving record</li>\n<li>Must be willing to obtain investigator licensing within your home state</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Diligent Compensation Package:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$20-$30 per hour dependent on experience and geographical location</li>\n<li>Competitive Travel Rates</li>\n<li>Mileage Pay</li>\n<li>Lodging Cost Coverage</li>\n<li>Covert Video Pay</li>\n<li>Daily Report Writing Pay</li>\n<li>Overnight Stay Per Diem.</li>\n<li>Opportunity for Potential Quarterly Bonus</li>\n<li>Additional Pay for Holiday Work</li>\n<li>Licensure Reimbursement for Eligible States (for Delta-specific licenses only)<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competitive Benefits</span></p>\n<p>We offer competitive benefits to our field investigation employees.
