      "content": "<h3>Transportation &amp; Logistics</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Perform required inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment before and after operation</li>\n<li>Safely transport machinery, materials, and support equipment to and from project locations</li>\n<li>Verify load securement, transportation permits, and compliance requirements for oversized or overweight loads</li>\n<li>Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and securing equipment for field operations</li>\n\n<h3>Rail &amp; Field Operations Support</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Participate in daily work planning discussions and safety meetings</li>\n<li>Support track maintenance, repair activities, rail recovery operations, load transfers, and construction projects</li>\n<li>Prepare work areas and materials needed for field assignments</li>\n<li>Assist with jobsite cleanup and project closeout activities</li>\n\n<h3>Equipment Operation</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Assist with crane setup, inspections, and operational support</li>\n<li>Support rigging activities involving chains, cables, lifting systems, and winches</li>\n<li>Operate heavy equipment when qualified, including:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Excavators</li>\n<li>Backhoes</li>\n<li>Cranes</li>\n<li>Grapple trucks</li>\n<li>Dump trucks</li>\n<li>Skid steers</li>\n<li>Additional construction and rail-support equipment</li>\n\n\n<li>Perform work safely while maintaining awareness of surrounding personnel and equipment</li>\n\n<h3>Equipment Maintenance</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Monitor equipment condition and operational performance</li>\n<li>Complete and document minor maintenance and service activities</li>\n<li>Report significant mechanical concerns to supervisors for repair</li>\n<li>Assist with equipment breakdown, loading, and transportation at project completion</li>\n<li>Restock tools, supplies, and replacement parts as needed</li>\n\n<h3>General Responsibilities</h3>\n\n<li>Utilize hydraulic equipment, welding tools, cutting torches, electrical tools, and hand tools safely and effectively</li>\n<li>Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and workspaces</li>\n<li>Support additional operational teams when business needs require</li>\n<li>Adhere to all company safety programs, policies, and procedures</li>\n</ul></ul></li></ul></ul></ul>"
