Your ultimate goal will be to help patients achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.</p><p><strong>Area of Coverage:</strong></p><p>Marin County, CA&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Current state license as a Physical Therapist</li><li>A minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans</li><li>Providing hands-on therapy to patients in their homes</li><li>Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises</li><li>Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes</li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>As a Physical Therapist for Home Health, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and their families.
