    "description_html": "<p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p><p>Cadrex is searching for an Estimator III who will be responsible for evaluating quote requests and creating timely and accurate cost estimates for parts and assemblies.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Manage large quote packages and necessary resources</li><li>Lead and develop continuous improvement projects or ideas&nbsp;</li><li>Manage open RFQs and distribution of quoting activities for the Estimating team</li><li>Perform cost analysis and account profitability reviews and provide feedback to management related to suggested actions</li><li>Oversee departmental metric tracking and reactionary efforts related to metric status</li><li>Assist Sales and Customer Service in the management of key accounts</li><li>Assist in the daily management, development of and training the Estimating Department employees as directed by the Engineering Manager</li><li>Review and evaluate requests for quotes; prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, prints, part models, specifications, and related documents</li><li>Work with the sales team and customers to thoroughly understand customer requirements</li><li>Identify labor, material, finish, and time requirements by studying proposals, prints, specifications, and related documents</li><li>Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, finish, and time requirements</li><li>Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing relevant data</li><li>Present prepared quotes by assembling and displaying numerical pricing and descriptive information</li><li>Ensure that quality requirements, part prints, part models, specifications and other pertinent information is available and shared with necessary departments</li><li>Assist procurement in obtaining pricing for materials, components, and subcontracted processes</li><li>Maintain cost database by entering data</li><li>Review and understand job costing; suggest changes</li><li>Actively seek opportunities to increase sales by offering additional services to customers</li></ul>",
