You will work closely with field teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with Hall’s safety, quality, and contract requirements.</p>\n<p><span> </span><br></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your day-to-day will look like:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage assigned mechanical projects and take responsibility for overall project health.</li>\n<li>Work with field leadership to plan project start-up, execution, site coordination, and close-out.</li>\n<li>Monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement, change management, and documentation.</li>\n<li>Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.</li>\n<li>Review contracts, drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and project documentation.</li>\n<li>Manage RFIs, RFQs, change notices, change orders, design revisions, and related follow-up.</li>\n<li>Coordinate procurement, including subcontractors, suppliers, purchase orders, and subcontract documents.</li>\n<li>Review and approve subcontractor and supplier progress applications, payment certificates, and invoices.</li>\n<li>Visit project sites regularly and work closely with site foremen to understand project progress, risks, and required support.</li>\n<li>Support implementation of Hall’s Health &amp;
