      "content": "\n<li>Recruit, train, equip, empower, sustain and vision cast Student Ministry Volunteer teams for Groups, Guest Experience and Production.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Regularly examine metrics to learn and deduce ministry effectiveness and areas for improvement.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Fully execute Core environments, products, and processes that help us accomplish our mission and lead people to a deeper relationship with Jesus.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Oversee and execute Collide (5th – 8th grade) and High School Ministry (HSM: 9th – 12th grade) Gatherings on weekends and Wednesday nights.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Create a fun and exciting environment for students to connect with Jesus, friends, and leaders.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Become a sincere advocate for students in their adolescent years.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Create an engaging team of volunteers and aids them in taking next steps to fully follow Jesus.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Partner with kidMinistry and Next Steps (adult ministry) staff and volunteers to ensure that transitions from and to these environments are strong.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Implement Centrally-provided content at gatherings.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Be a liaison between parents, students, and Group Leaders.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assist with the implementation of quarterly retreats, events, and one summer serving project for HSM.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assist with campus-specific responsibilities as designated by the Campus Pastor.&nbsp;</li>\n"
