Provide classroom and field-based health, safety, and mobile equipment training in accordance with training plans; Evaluate worker competency in both theoretical and practical applications; Assist trainees by providing ongoing mentoring to attain higher levels of competency; Take ownership of health and safety issues using the Internal Responsibility System (IRS); Undertake regular reviews of curriculum and update as may be required to ensure effective delivery and adherence to legislation and site safe work practices; Develop new training materials related to manufacturer’s specifications and operational/maintenance procedures, corporate and regulatory standards, and objectives; Ensure adherence to document control procedures and best practices.
