From concept to customer integration, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in ensuring our products are innovative, manufacturable, and built to perform.</p><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Lead product line ownership across the full lifecycle&mdash;from development through manufacturing and customer application&nbsp;</li><li>Develop custom engineer-to-order solutions based on customer needs and existing product platforms</li><li>Drive innovation in product design with a focus on cost, manufacturability, and performance&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze and improve existing products for reliability, efficiency, and quality&nbsp;</li><li>Lead cross-functional engineering projects and guide less experienced engineers and technicians</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, ATEX, TEMA, CRN, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Review and approve engineering changes and design releases&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes&nbsp;</li><li>Lead initiatives to improve engineering tools, processes, and overall efficiency</li></ul><h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2><p>You&rsquo;re a technically strong, hands-on engineer who takes pride in your work and leads with both expertise and accountability. You enjoy digging into challenges, mentoring others, and continuously improving how things are done.</p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical preferred)&nbsp;</li><li>7+ years of engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong background in:<ul><li>Machine design and manufacturing processes&nbsp;</li><li>Materials and component selection&nbsp;</li><li>Fluid dynamics and/or thermodynamics</li><li>Reading and interpreting technical drawings and P&amp;IDs</li></ul></li><li>Experience leading projects and driving results across cross-functional teams</li></ul><p><strong>Highly Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Process piping design experience&nbsp;</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in nuclear energy or highly regulated industries</li><li>Experience with ASME pressure vessel design or related codes</li><li>Proficiency with SolidWorks, ERP systems, and engineering tools</li></ul><h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2><p>At Sentry, we hire for both capability and character.
