    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><figure class=\"table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Primary Responsibility:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Under general supervision, performing refrigeration operations and preventative maintenance and repair throughout the warehouse. Provide maintenance support as necessary to ensure operational objective are met. Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of industrial mechanical and electrical systems as needed.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Operates and performs repair(s) and adjustment(s) of refrigeration system.&nbsp; Monitor system performance and determine when system is not operating correctly.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Performs routine maintenance on various types of warehouse equipment in accordance with OSHA Standards.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Troubleshoots equipment and recommends corrective action.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Tests, maintains, and evaluates equipment performance using instruments such as multi-meters.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintains tools and machinery in good condition and use tools and equipment carefully as instructed.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Conducts tests of safety equipment to ensure OHSA and operational standards.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintains accurate preventive maintenance records.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Keeps work area 6S’d (clean, organized, etc.), and performs housekeeping duties as required.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Able to work flexible shifts if required, including on call.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Performs other maintenance related work and job assignments as required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>What Experience and Education You Need:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">High school diploma or general education degree (GED)&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">2 years combined Refrigeration and/or Maintenance experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.25in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>OR&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Specific HVAC/R certification and/or technical Degree&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Required to successfully complete assigned Industrial Refrigeration and/or mechanical-electrical courses.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Required to train in HAZMAT, obtain and maintain the certification.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Basic computer skills required (email, internet searches, basic data entry, etc.).&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>What Could Set You Apart:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience working in a Cold Storage environment&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience using testing equipment&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose down to the component level on refrigeration equipment.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience using Oracle Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Technical certification or degree&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>Physical Requirements:<br><br>The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
