The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching multimedia design, maintain an active research and/or creative practice profile, and engage with contemporary multimedia technologies and methodologies. The appointee will contribute to undergraduate education, curriculum development, student mentorship, and institutional service within a collaborative and multicultural academic environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Teaching and Curriculum Development:</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver innovative undergraduate courses in multimedia design, including interactive media, animation, video production, motion graphics, and digital storytelling.</li>\n<li>Integrate emerging technologies such as virtual/augmented reality, immersive media, AI-assisted design tools, and interactive platforms into the curriculum.</li>\n<li>Develop and update course content to reflect industry standards and accreditation requirements.</li>\n<li>Supervise senior projects and guide students in digital portfolio development.</li>\n<li>Maintain rigorous assessment standards and structured studio critique methodologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain an active research agenda and/or professional creative practice in multimedia, motion design, or digital media.</li>\n<li>Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.</li>\n<li>Participate in exhibitions, screenings, digital showcases, and professional collaborations.</li>\n<li>Engage in interdisciplinary projects and pursue external funding where applicable.</li>\n<li>Contribute to strengthening the School’s academic and professional profile.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service and Institutional Engagement:</span></li>\n<li>Engage actively in departmental, school, and university committees.</li>\n<li>Support program assessment, accreditation documentation, and quality assurance activities.</li>\n<li>Participate in student recruitment, outreach initiatives, exhibitions, competitions, and community engagement.</li>\n<li>Offer academic advising and mentorship to students.</li>\n<li>Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the academic community.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Academic Credentials:</span><br>PhD in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a closely related field;
