This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mechanical, electrical, and facilities management skills while providing exceptional customer service.</p><p><strong>Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning common areas and assisting with residential painting projects to uphold high standards of cleanliness and appearance</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and other building infrastructure using schematics and technical manuals</li><li>Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and ohmmeters to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems effectively</li><li>Weld metal components as needed for structural repairs or custom projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met</li><li>Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels</li><li>Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion with attention to detail</li><li>Inspect facilities regularly using schematics and mechanical knowledge to identify potential issues before they escalate</li><li>Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during major repairs or renovations, demonstrating leadership and supervising experience</li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting diverse systems</li><li>Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and PLC programming for effective repairs</li><li>Proficiency in welding techniques and residential painting to support various maintenance tasks</li><li>Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately</li><li>Experience with facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and general repairs</li><li>Competence in using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment for electrical troubleshooting</li><li>Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with residents and team members in English</li><li>Supervising experience in maintenance or facilities management roles demonstrating leadership qualities</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing processes or industrial maintenance is a plus but not required</li></ul><p>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating safe, clean, and well-maintained living environments.
