    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>ORAU is conducting the search on behalf of Centrus Energy for a permanent, full‑time Project Controls Engineer in Piketon, OH.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Project Controls Engineer, you will play a critical role in project oversight, execution, tracking, and reporting on project progress.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project cost and schedule baselines, coordinating/leading regular project status updates for project reporting, along with mentoring/coaching project personnel on cost and schedule control.  By effectively managing these areas, you will ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and meet their objectives.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>We’d love to hear from People With:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business</li>\n <li>5-8 Years of Direct Experience</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Primavera scheduling software</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Cobra or similar cost processor </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Earned Value Management</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of cost engineering/cost control</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Risk Management process and associated software</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft products, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li>\n <li>Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within high pressure work site environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>A Successful Candidate Brings:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong Analytical Skills: To analyze project data and identify potential issues or opportunities</li>\n <li>Problem-Solving Skills: To develop creative solutions to challenges that arise during project execution</li>\n <li>Communication Skills: To effectively communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and clients</li>\n <li>Technical skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project) and financial tools (Cobra); risk management software and estimating software experience a plus</li>\n <li>Leadership Skills: To motivate and guide the project team and directly support the project controls manager</li>\n <li>Current Q security clearance is a plus</li>\n</ul>",
