This role ensures the accurate and timely receipt of goods, maintains a safe and organized work environment, and drives continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and team performance. The Supervisor plays a key role in hiring, training, developing, and motivating team members to meet and exceed operational goals. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of receiving associates to achieve departmental goals. </li>\n <li>Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable to high standards of productivity, quality, and safety. </li>\n <li>Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and administer fair and consistent discipline when necessary. </li>\n <li>Oversee accurate and efficient receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments. </li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. </li>\n <li>Maintain proper staffing levels and coordinate cross-training to ensure operational flexibility and coverage. </li>\n <li>Promote and enforce a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to OSHA and company safety standards. </li>\n <li>Conduct regular safety audits and participate in incident investigations as needed. </li>\n <li>Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and service levels. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma/GED required </li>\n <li>Required two or more years of related supervisory experience or training </li>\n <li>ICIM and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred </li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a forklift license </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
