The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working at heights, and committed to providing excellent service to customers.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Assist with the repair, maintenance, and construction of grain bins and grain handling systems.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Perform bin sheet replacement, roof repairs, door repairs, and structural reinforcement work. &nbsp;</li><li>Assist with the installation and maintenance of conveyors, augers, fans, ladders, stairs, and related equipment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to job sites.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area and job site.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Interact professionally with customers and represent the company positively at job sites.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>",
