    "description_html": "<p>An Architectural Designer III is responsible for design and production of architectural construction documents under the supervision of a Project Architect/ Technical Manager/ Sr. &nbsp;Project Coordinator including design, set up and coordination of the documents, based on standard architectural practices and applicable codes. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>An Architectural Designer III shall have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in an architectural firm/field. This position requires advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT. An advanced understanding of architecture, building construction, and building codes.
