Role We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Take Off Team. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, reporting to the Director, Product Management. You are a results-driven leader tasked with driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our Zero Trust Cloud product line. You will own a significant portion of the product roadmap, directly impacting our core product evolution and overall company growth. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Cloud Domain Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise and a commanding understanding of major public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI Security Foundation: A rock-solid foundation across critical security domains, including Public Cloud Security, Zero Trust Networking, Multi-Cloud Governance, IAM, and DLP Strategic Influence: Proven ability to architect and drive cross-functional alignment across world-class Engineering, high-performing Sales, and innovative Marketing teams Product Leadership Track Record: A successful history of defining, launching, and scaling industry-leading security products tailored for dynamic public cloud environments Customer-Obsessed Insight: Expert-level ability to engage with Fortune 500 customers and synthesize complex market needs into crystal-clear, compelling product requirements What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Technical Acumen: A strong background in engineering or software development, providing a deep understanding of product architecture and development lifecycles Dual-Solution Delivery Expertise: Proven experience driving the development and market delivery of both vendor-managed (SaaS) and customer-managed (Virtual Appliance) solutions Data-Driven UX Leadership: Demonstrated success in leveraging advanced data analysis and UX optimization techniques to significantly enhance the user experience #LI-Hybrid #LI-CM3 Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
