    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>As an Healthcare Ethics and Compliance Operations Program Director, you will work directly with the Chief Health and Life Science Compliance Officer and compliance teams as well as our internal business groups to help address regulatory compliance issues that are essential to Oracle customers of all sizes globally with a focus on the healthcare and life sciences industries. The team works to build new and creative approaches to problem solving and facilitating contracting for and use of Oracle’s products and services by such customers. We advise and collaborate with Oracle business leaders and external specialists on sophisticated, industry leading legal and regulatory compliance matters.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BA/BS degree and minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare compliance operations roles, and experience working with business teams to establish business led compliance programs, policies, training and monitoring.</li>\n <li>Experience with Software as a Medical Device marketing and promotion compliance requirements.</li>\n <li>Experience with healthcare privacy standards is preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent skills with Email, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Oracle systems.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Possess a professional demeanor, confident and innovative.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Oracle policies, contracts and procedures.</li>\n <li>Excellent writing, analysis, verbal communication skills and read, write, and speak the following languages: English.</li>\n <li>Organized, detail oriented, and strong time management skills.</li>\n <li>Problem solver (not just an issue spotter) with creative and innovative approach along with strong decision-making abilities.</li>\n <li>Outstanding project management and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform in a fast-paced and continually evolving business environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Career Level - IC5</p>",
