This is a free benefit to all Signet Health Mental Health Technicians. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists in maintaining medical records.</li>\n <li>Monitors patient interactions and safety. </li>\n <li>Provides clerical support.</li>\n <li>Assists in patient data collection.</li>\n <li>Provides patient information as a member of the interdisciplinary team.</li>\n <li>Utilizes knowledge of verbal and non-verbal communication skills to provide targeted therapeutic interventions with patients.</li>\n <li>Transports patients to outside appointments, if necessary.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements/Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>1+ years of work experience in a psychiatric / substance use facility.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with medical and psychiatric terminology.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to build positive and respectful rapport with patients and families.</li>\n <li>Works well in a busy team environment.</li>\n <li>Will work weekends.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong></p>\n<p>$43,680 to $52,166 Annually</p>\n<p>Rates depend on experience level</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EOE</strong></p>\n<h2>Hospital/Program Description</h2>\n<p>MedStar Washington Hospital Center is a 912-bed acute care hospital and part of the.
