Competitive salaries and benefits packages are available as well as the opportunity to enhance learning and development for future growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ardmac are looking to recruit an<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Architectural technologist</span>; the successful candidate will be responsible for the production of Ardmac design solutions including drawings, schedules, technical submittals &amp; other documentation required in an agreed timeframe through the use of BIM software.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The will liaise with the Client, Ardmac Construction Team and other stakeholders as required to ensure a smooth handover of the design package to the construction team and provide support as necessary to the project team during the construction and handover phase of relevant projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsible for:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with Client Design Team to bring clarity to the scope of deliverables.</li>\n<li>Generate and Manage Document and Drawing output using BIM Technologies.</li>\n<li>Generate and manage technical submittals and schedules.</li>\n<li>Comply with Ardmac Design Procedures</li>\n<li>Product selection for application (fit for purpose &amp; technical).</li>\n<li>Product detailing &amp; interfacing with other components and materials.</li>\n<li>Co-ordination with Mechanical, Electrical and Process services using Navisworks.</li>\n<li>Manage the issue/receipt of the Drawing design information.</li>\n<li>Raise/Respond to design stage RFIs and COVIs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ability and knowledge of:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BIM – Autodesk Revit, Navisworks &amp; AutoCAD</li>\n<li>Building Regulations and Design Standards including BCAR</li>\n<li>Technical Detailing &amp; Material Specification</li>\n<li>Drawing Symbols &amp; Standards</li>\n<li>Problem solving</li>\n<li>Technical Innovation and Value Creation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Degree in Building Engineering, Architectural Technology or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience producing BIM documentation for industrial or pharmaceutical projects, including multidisciplinary coordination.</li>\n<li>Tools: Strong practical knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD; familiarity with document management platforms.</li>\n<li>Regulations: Knowledge of applicable building regulations and health &amp; safety standards.</li>\n<li>Languages: Native Spanish and a high level of English.</li>\n<li>Desirable certifications: Autodesk Professional certification and BIM coordination training.</li>\n<li>Key skills: Technical accuracy · Attention to detail · Problem-solving · Communication and teamwork</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Involvement in technologically advanced, cutting-edge projects.</li>\n<li>Professional development plan and continuous training opportunities.</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation package and corporate benefits.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Commitment to Equal Opportunities</span></p>\n<p>At Purever, we are committed to diversity and equal opportunities.
