We’re seeking an intern who will build and improve infrastructure to manage, store, and analyze clinical trial data, and who leans on AI coding tools to move faster without sacrificing quality.</p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll enable reliable, timely data access for senior leadership (CEO, CSO, CTO, CMO, and VPs), directly influencing company decision-making and the lives of cancer patients.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll learn / be exposed to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-stack engineering in a biotech setting (clinical oncology development)</li>\n<li>Modern deployment/versioning strategies and observability</li>\n<li>Data visualization techniques for scientific and clinical stakeholders</li>\n<li>Common analysis patterns used in the biotech industry</li>\n<li>Learn commonly used analysis in the biotech industry</li>\n<li>Get exposed to clinical oncology drug development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build web apps, analytical dashboards, databases, and ETL pipelines supporting drug and clinical development (Flask + React)</li>\n<li>Augment development with AI (e.g., LLM code assistants, test generators, refactorers) for scaffolding, code review, documentation, and rapid prototyping while following responsible-use guidelines</li>\n<li>Improve and harden existing infrastructure for performance and reliability</li>\n<li>Develop features for data summarization, analysis, and visualization that make insights obvious and actionable</li>\n<li>Maintain Python ETL pipelines and SQL databases; optimize queries and schemas as data scales</li>\n<li>Test &amp; document: add unit/integration tests, type hints, clear READMEs, and change logs</li>\n<li>Deploy safely: use CI/CD, environment configs, and versioning best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Program in Computer Science, Computational Biology, bioinformatics or related science program</li>\n<li>Candidates must be currently based in Singapore  and legally authorized to work in Singapore without the need for employment sponsorship.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in python (FLASK), REACT for webapp/dashboard development</li>\n<li>Experience in SQL querying and other database frameworks</li>\n<li>Proven experience in app deployment</li>\n<li>Experience in python for data cleaning and data wrangling</li>\n<li>AWS experience is a plus</li>\n<li>Interest in the clinical development of cancer treatment</li>\n<li>Exposure to AI/LLM APIs (prompting, retrieval, tooling) or local model use</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OUR MISSION &amp; VALUES</span></p>\n<p>Our fast-growing biotechnology company is committed to discovering and developing important new drugs for cancer and autoimmune diseases, and living by our values: Excellence, Determination, Teamwork, Intellectual Integrity and Audacity.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOIN US AT THE FRONTIER OF DRUG DISCOVERY AND DEVELOPMENT</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals committed to solving important, complex problems.
