This role maintains kitchen operations, supports culinary staff, and delivers excellent guest dining experiences.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes according to recipes and quality standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and plating of all menu items</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of workstations and kitchen equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow food safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines at all times</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with culinary team to maintain consistent menu quality</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in menu development, recipe testing, and daily specials as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and standards of excellence</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be at least 21 years of age</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience as a cook specializing in Asian cuisine preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English</p></li>\n <li><p>Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
