    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Principal Accountabilities:</p><ol><li>Escort patients into examination rooms, initiating chart documentation, in compliance with all local, state and federal requirements.</li><li>Maintain, as well as can be expected, a timely flow of patients according to the day’s schedule.</li><li>Provide patient education materials and facilitate patient questions and answers.</li><li>Execute medical regimens prescribed by a licensed provider, including but not limited to, tests, treatments and referrals, prescription preparation and computer scheduling.</li><li>Complete the appropriate area of the electronic health record based on patient scheduled visit including adequate charges for services provided.</li><li>Perform tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered professional nurse or licensed physician, dentist or other licensed health care provider legally authorized under this title and in accordance with the commissioner’s regulations.</li><li>Maintain suite supplies, cleaning as is necessary after each patient encounter.</li><li>Participate in quality improvement, in-service workshops, continuing education and peer review as is requested by management and supervision.</li><li>Follow up on provider requested orders related to labs results and specialist referrals.</li><li>Comply with all OSHA regulations, CLIA, NYSDOH, Quality &amp; NOCHSI policies and procedures.</li><li>Engage in Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives, including participating as part of the Clinical Care Team.</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management and/or supervisor.</li></ol><p><br></p>",
