    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Your Role &amp; Impact</strong></p><p>As a Water Resources Staff Engineer (Engineer I), you will play a key role in supporting the planning, review, and execution of water resources engineering projects that serve our community’s infrastructure and future growth.
