Location: Hybrid – New York, NY (2–3 days per week on-site) Department: Client Services Reports to: Director of Strategy and Client Services About Mason Interactive Mason Interactive is a data-driven digital marketing agency headquartered in New York City. We deliver integrated, full-funnel media programs that convert consumer insights into measurable business outcomes for national and emerging brands. Position Overview The Account Executive serves as the primary strategic lead and client contact for assigned accounts. This individual develops comprehensive omnichannel media strategies, provides strategic direction to cross-functional internal teams, and ensures that all campaign plans align with established performance targets and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities Develop and present integrated media strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, SEO and lifecycle and emerging channels Provide strategic analysis and recommendations by translating performance data into actionable insights that guide optimization priorities and inform future planning Serve as the primary strategic lead and relationship manager for assigned clients, including facilitating status meetings, planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews Collaborate with planners and buyers; review deliverables for accuracy and strategic alignment Oversee campaign performance against budgets, pacing, and KPIs; provide strategic guidance on forecasting and budget reallocation to maximize ROI Identify and develop opportunities for account growth, preparing strategic business cases and proposals that connect client challenges to agency capabilities Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on media planning and buying experience, preferably within an agency environment Demonstrated experience managing both client  and internal team relationships and Advanced proficiency in paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms; relevant certifications preferred Strong analytical skills, including the ability to digest large data sets and create clear, executive-level narratives Authorization to work in the United States and ability to commute to the New York office as required Why Join Mason Interactive Direct ownership of strategic initiatives and client outcomes, providing a clear trajectory for advancement Exposure to a diverse portfolio of high-growth clients across multiple verticals A collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment that supports rapid testing and implementation of new ideas Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible hybrid work model
