    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service Transition Manager</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Home-based (with travel to London)<br><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a hands-on Service Transition Manager to join a newly established Service Transition function within a growing MSP environment. This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role where you will lead strategic transition programmes across key client accounts.</p>\n<p>Your initial priority will be to successfully deliver a large service transition programme, ensuring the seamless migration from legacy services into live operations.</p>\n<p>You will also play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a repeatable, high-quality transition framework for future programmes across the business.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end service transition delivery across strategic managed service programmes</li>\n<li>Own the design, transition, implementation and handover of new and changed services into operations</li>\n<li>Manage complex transitions across network transformation, security, service desk and infrastructure services</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and operational teams to deliver scalable service models</li>\n<li>Ensure transitions are delivered within scope, commercial boundaries, and quality standards</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain a robust Service Transition Framework, including governance, standards, templates and reporting</li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate service design and transition risks <a href=\"https://roctechnologies-my.sharepoint.com/personal/jas_virdee_roctechnologies_com/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc=%7BA3283EC1-6C88-4A96-AF59-0CF69205B0DC%7D&amp;file=Service%20Transition%20Manager%20JD.docx&amp;action=default&amp;mobileredirect=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[</a></li>\n<li>Drive a right-first-time delivery culture with strong operational readiness and structured handovers</li>\n<li>Produce Operational Service Manuals (OSMs) and transition documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Experience &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in Service Transition and/or Service Delivery within MSP environments</li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of ITIL frameworks</li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience managing complex technical service transitions</li>\n<li>Ability to operate as a hands-on, delivery-focused “doer”</li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li>\n<li>Eligibility for security clearance (SC/DV or NPPV3)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background in mid-sized MSP organisations</li>\n<li>Experience across both project management and service management</li>\n<li>Exposure to networking, cloud or SASE environments</li>\n<li>Experience supporting bids, service design or commercial models</li>\n</ul>",
