    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Custodian</strong> provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $20-$22/hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Availability:</strong> Full-Time | 8pm-4:30am</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.</li>\n <li>Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies</li>\n <li>Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties</li>\n <li>Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bring a smile to work every day</li>\n <li>High school graduate preferred</li>\n <li>Six months to one year of custodial experience</li>\n <li>Experience working in a senior environment preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
