You&rsquo;ll apply your growing technical expertise, guide staff and interns, and play an important role in building trusted relationships while contributing to meaningful projects that blend compliance, planning, and advisory.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Deliver Quality Tax Services.</strong> Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance across individual, partnership, corporate, fiduciary, and other entities.</li><li><strong>Research &amp; Plan.</strong> Conduct technical tax research, identify planning opportunities, and provide practical solutions as a client advocate.</li><li><strong>Support Advisory Projects.</strong> Assist with income tax planning, estate and gift considerations, nonprofit compliance, pension tax, and other consulting engagements.</li><li><strong>Manage Relationships.</strong> Work directly with clients, understand their objectives, and deliver proactive tax and business solutions.</li><li><strong>Coach &amp; Mentor.</strong> Supervise, train, and review the work of staff and interns, supporting their professional development and ensuring quality results.</li><li><strong>Drive Efficiency.</strong> Apply strong knowledge of tax systems, processes, and software to improve workflow and project management.</li><li><strong>Grow Professionally.</strong> Participate in firm training, professional organizations, and niche development opportunities to expand your expertise.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university</li><li>CPA certification preferred</li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of public accounting experience</li><li>Working knowledge of GAAP and OCBOA</li><li>Strong technical, research, organizational, and analytical skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other software applications</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><strong>Why HoganTaylor?&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Reputation for Excellence:&nbsp;</strong>Join a team recognized as a Best Place to Work in Oklahoma and Arkansas and one of Accounting Today&rsquo;s Best of the Best Firms.
