We are strengthening our long-term sustainability by building systems that diversify revenue and increase organizational capacity.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Social Enterprise &amp; Revenue Innovation VISTA</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span> </span>will support ReDefiners World Languages by building earned revenue and contracted services systems that increase unrestricted income and enable long-term organizational growth.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role focuses on research, systems design, real-world learning pilots, and documentation, not sales or service delivery.
