During the events, duties will include creating an excellent visitor experience, preparing the site for each performance, ensuring smooth operation of entrances/exits, and handling audience concerns.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #007f64; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do in the Role: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Seasonal Membership Associate will be responsible for the following in addition to any other project as assigned by their manager, the Associate Director of Development: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide pre- and post- event administrative assistance to the Development team, including setting up and breaking down of Member &amp; VIP Check-in and dedicated member tents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Welcome members, partners, board and VIP guests to the Bandshell, keeping detailed attendance records and tracking member count. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify safety issues, and follow protocols for emergency evacuation plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work with BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn team and Development team to coordinate door opening for members and VIPs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor capacity and comfort levels in member tents 1 &amp; 2. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support guests with purchasing or upgrading membership as well as making onsite donations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate records of performances as requested - including contributing member head count, donation update, and overall assessment of check-in to nightly event report.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist guests with obtaining ADA/special seating needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Occasional support for events at BRIC House may be required. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #007f64; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Other Things to Know:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">: $20 hourly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Time Commitment:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> 10-12 hours per week during the BCB season (pending final concert schedule); typically 1-2 days per week; includes Saturdays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Status and location</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">: Part-time seasonal, Prospect Park Bandshell</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Mission &amp; Values</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">: BRIC is committed to building Brooklyn's creative future.
