This position will be front and center to all things recruiting. The TA Specialist will focus primarily on identifying, engaging, and presenting top talent to hiring managers &mdash; building strong pipelines across our technical and commercial teams &mdash; while also supporting core HR programs across the employee lifecycle. This will be a <strong>hybrid role in&nbsp;</strong><strong>San Mateo, CA. on a contract/temporary basis.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with high ownership who takes pride in flawless execution and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Full cycle hiring: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads and screening resumes to negotiating job offers.&nbsp;</li><li>Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry associations, employee referrals, and networking.</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles across R&amp;D, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial functions.</li><li>Stakeholder collaboration: Partnering closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand skill gaps and provide consultative advice for best hiring practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain data integrity: Own accurate, up-to-date candidate records and workflow tracking in the ATS (ADP workforce now)</li><li>Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.</li><li>Employer branding: Represent Route 92 Medical authentically across candidate touchpoints, contributing to a strong employer brand in the medical device space.&nbsp;</li><li>Support compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific employment regulations.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ideal candidate will work in San Mateo, CA and remotely - supporting all time zones across the US with the flexibility to support the central time zone.</li><li>Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance and varying state laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO).</li><li>Strong communication skills &mdash; written and verbal &mdash; with the ability to represent candidates and the company professionally.</li><li>Ability to manage a steady requisition load while staying organized and responsive.</li><li>Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.</li><li>PHR or SHRM a plus.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>High school diploma</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full lifecycle talent acquisition role, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and candidate development.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience with the demonstrated ability to build pipelines and present qualified candidate slates.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting in a highly regulated industry (medical device, life sciences, biotech, or similar).</li></ul><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>BENEFITS &amp; PERKS</strong></p><p>This temporary role is staffed through InSync, who will be your employer of record for the duration of the assignment.
