While working in a dynamic, welcoming, and collaborative workplace, you will be part of a team that contributes to a culture that positively impacts the communities and customers we serve.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Allied Universal is Hiring Custom Protections Officers in Natrona Heights, PA</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Full-Time - $19.00 / Hour</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Shifts Available (Up to 40 Hours Per Week, Weekends Included in Schedule):</strong></p>\n<p><strong>- 3:00PM-11:00PM</strong></p>\n<p><strong>- 11:00PM-7:00AM</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Custom Protections Officers must possess two or more of the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat Zone</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studies</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>A minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branch</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Associate’s degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>- Officer may be required to assist nursing staff with patient restraints - proper training provided</strong></p>\n<p><strong>- Officer may be required to escort nursing staff to hospital morgue with deceased patients</strong></p>\n<p><strong>- Officer must be at least 21+ Years of Age</strong></p>\n<p><strong>- Frequent walking/standing required (indoor/outdoor); Moderate technological usage required</strong></p>\n<p><strong>- Multiple vaccinations are required prior to working on site (company paid) including: two-stage Tuberculosis screening, MMR, Varicella, Tetanus screenings (TB testing instructions provided at orientation)</strong></p>\n<p><strong>- Child abuse clearance will be submitted at orientation</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>AUS OFFICERS GET PAID WEEKLY! </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Uniforms and Equipment Provided at No Cost</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Excellent Benefits and Career Progression</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Paid Training</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Custom Protection Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle</li>\n <li>Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards</li>\n <li>Sound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons</li>\n <li>Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities</li>\n <li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner</li>\n <li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles</li>\n <li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience</li>\n <li>Must possess two or more of the following:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat Zone</li>\n   <li>Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field</li>\n   <li>Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studies</li>\n   <li>A minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branch</li>\n   <li>Associate’s degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
