          "text": "<p>Egis Canada is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated <strong>Intern, Systems Engineering </strong>to support requirements engineering and data analysis activities using IBM Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System Next Generation (DOORS NG). This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in systems engineering, data processing, and requirements management to gain hands-on experience in a real-world engineering environment. You will work closely with systems and project teams to ensure high-quality requirements, strong traceability, and meaningful performance insights through data.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p>Responsibilities of this specific role will include but are not limited to the following:</p><p><strong>Requirements Management</strong></p><ul><li>Support creation, organization, and updates of requirements in IBM DOORS NG.</li><li>Assist in requirements reviews, validation, and change management.</li><li>Ensure consistency, completeness, and quality of requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Traceability &amp; Data Integrity</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and improve end-to-end traceability across requirements, design, and validation artifacts.</li><li>Identify and resolve gaps in traceability.</li><li>Support audits and compliance checks.</li></ul><p><strong>Data Processing &amp; Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Extract and analyze data from DOORS NG and related tools.</li><li>Develop and track KPIs such as requirement coverage, traceability completeness, and change metrics.</li><li>Create reports and dashboards (using tools like Excel, Power BI, etc.) for stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Tool Support</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in improving requirements workflows and best practices.</li><li>Support data automation and reporting improvements.</li><li>Document processes, templates, and user guides.</li></ul>",
