This role provides hands-on leadership across all departments, ensures a safe and exceptional guest experience, supports staffing and training efforts, and helps maintain operational, financial, and safety standards. The AGM serves as the acting GM when required and plays a key role in driving teamwork, consistency, and operational excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the GM in daily operations across aquatics, attractions, food & beverage, admissions, retail, and facilities.</li>\n <li>Accomplish Park objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating park activities, exclusive events, and general admission special events.</li>\n <li>Assist General Manager in execution of promotion and upselling to increase sales and overall revenue.</li>\n <li>Provide leadership and guidance to supervisors and frontline teams to ensure smooth, safe, efficient park operations.</li>\n <li>Assist with staffing, hiring, scheduling, and employee development.</li>\n <li>Help oversee guest service standards, responding to escalated guest needs.</li>\n <li>Support compliance with all health, safety, aquatics, food service, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Work closely with aquatics leadership to ensure lifeguard training, performance, and safety programs meet standards.</li>\n <li>Assist with monitoring operational budgets, inventory management, labor controls, and expense management.</li>\n <li>Conduct operational walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.</li>\n <li>Support emergency procedures, incident response, and documentation.</li>\n <li>Maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and team members.</li>\n <li>Act as the park leader in the GM’s absence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of leadership experience in attractions, waterparks, hospitality, or similar environments.</li>\n <li>Experience supervising teams in fast-paced, high-volume operations.</li>\n <li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of safety standards, guest service, and basic operational practices.</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred or Required Upon Hire:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Pool Operator (CPO).</li>\n <li>CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.</li>\n <li>ServSafe/TIPS.</li>\n <li>Be trained on all park positions and act as trainer for any position.</li>\n <li>Experience with lifeguard programs (StarGuard Elite, Jeff Ellis & Associates, or similar).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Indoor/outdoor work in varying weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Required weekend, evening, and holiday availability.</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel to other company locations to launch operations. </li>\n <li>This position may be asked to support multiple locations within the Waterpark district of Lucky Strike Entertainment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-BM1</p>\n<p> </p>",
