A successful individual will have efficient monitoring, maintenance and operation of the assigned filler (Procomac filler) and pasteurizer for quality output and maintenance support skills.</span></span></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Our Production team follows a 2-2-3 12-hour shift schedule, providing a consistent routine for work-life balance.</span></strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><br><strong>Shift hours for this role are 5:45am - 6:00pm</strong><br></span><br><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><u>Sample 2-2-3 Schedule</u>:</span></strong></span><span style=\"font-size: 12px; font-size: 12px;\">Operator filler to include set-up, operation, change overs and troubleshooting to detect product (raw or finished) defects or filler malfunctions, adjusting as necessary.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Observe filler operation to detect product defects.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Observe pasteurizer operation to detect product defects.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Maintain GMP (good housekeeping) standards at and around filler and pasteurizer.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Perform SOP&rsquo;s for assigned filler, pasteurizer and area.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Work in a safe manner, consistent with company safety rules and regulations.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Maintain good attendance record per company policy.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in a heavy, high speed, industry manufacturing environment - <strong>required.</strong></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Ability to apply basic computer and communication skills, math functions, and reasoning.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Ability to use basic hand tools (knife, pumps, and scales).</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Previous experience as a machine operator.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Lock Out/Tag Out Trained.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
