We partner with HR teams and HR software companies to design and deliver custom integrations that connect HR, payroll, and business systems, reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and help people's operations run more efficiently.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As a PM at Flexspring, you’ll lead client-facing integration projects from initiation through delivery. You’ll partner closely with both French and English-speaking clients and internal teams to support the successful execution of technical workstreams. </span><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px\">You will coordinate technical requirements, gather inputs from customers, help translate requirements into internal technical tasks, manage supporting documentation, and ensure technical deliverables are completed on time. </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role is a great fit for someone who has experience with HRIS and who loves to solve problems, plan, and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead client-facing HRIS and Payroll integration projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Facilitate discovery sessions with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define scope, requirements, timelines, and success criteria.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Translate business and operational requirements into structured documentation, including data mapping and integration flow diagrams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate internal technical consultants and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes — particularly where payroll timing, compliance, or downstream financial reporting may be impacted.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor project health, communicate progress clearly, and drive decision-making when trade-offs are required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support post-launch validation and ensure integrations are operating as expected in real-world environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify expansion or optimization opportunities and prepare change requests where appropriate.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3+ years of project management experience delivering technology projects in a client-facing environment (SaaS, implementations, integrations, or similar).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Fluency in English (written and verbal).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with HRIS and/or Payroll systems, or leading projects where employee/payroll data is a core input/output.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to lead the full project lifecycle: kickoff → discovery → delivery → go-live → stabilization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong requirements facilitation skills: running workshops, capturing decisions, and translating needs into clear project deliverables and documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Solid fundamentals in scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change control across multiple concurrent projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High ownership and follow-through in a fully remote environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience delivering system-to-system integrations (APIs, SFTP, ETL/data transformations, middleware/iPaaS).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with HR and Payroll platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, ADP, UKG, Ceridian Dayforce, BambooHR, or similar.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of payroll timing, data quality impacts, and downstream reporting needs (including cost centers and GL mapping).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-country environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic, others).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
