manages staff hours and work schedules; supports and responds to staff to meet their daily needs.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Collaborate with the Site Director and Human Resources to identify and recruit personnel to limit vacancies and to screen and select personnel to meet program needs with budget expectations.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">With the support of the Site Director, onboards and trains staff on an ongoing basis to ensure a prepared and engaged program staff to meet current needs of youth and funding requirements.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Prepares and supports managers in their role as leaders and managers of teams of workers.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Ensure regular and consistent review of staff performance to recognize, correct and address staff performance; Time is also spent at facilities similar to youth recreational facility or community center. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and at times loud.
