The Program: Learn the Business From the Inside Out Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (12 Months) Get hands-on with the backbone of the business. Shipping, receiving, and inventory management Product knowledge and vendor coordination Customer service and counter sales Pricing, credit, financial statements, and logistics Learn how products move from supplier to customer Phase 2: Customer Relationships & Procurement (12 Months) Step into problem-solving and project support.
