          "text": "<p><strong>Hours</strong></p><ul><li>Full-Time, Exempt (Salary – Weekly Pay)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives</strong> – Lead warehouse-wide deployment of Lean methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, A3, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), problem solving, and layout optimization.</li><li><strong>Develop Engineered Standards &amp; KPIs</strong> – Create measurable performance standards, establish operational KPIs, and rigorously deploy metrics to drive accountability and improvement.</li><li><strong>Project Management &amp; Process Optimization</strong> – Identify improvement opportunities, coordinate resources, and manage projects to deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies.</li><li><strong>Engineering &amp; Systems Solutions</strong> – Provide solutions for warehouse processes, facility layouts, material handling equipment, and WMS systems (Oracle, ASC Trac, HighJump) based on activity levels and product flow.</li><li><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance Leadership</strong> – Serve as site safety representative with corporate guidance, oversee safety reporting, maintain SOPs, and support ISO certification efforts.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>This position operates in a warehouse environment with forklift traffic present throughout the facility. Temperatures may vary and can be hot or cold depending on climate conditions.</li><li>Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing stairs, stooping, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.</li></ul>",
