This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing display team members, and ensuring timely updates of all product displays to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.</p>\n<h2>Essential Job Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the planning and implementation of visual merchandising strategies, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and objectives.</li>\n <li>Supervise and provide guidance to the display team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.</li>\n <li>Organize and manage the setup of new displays and seasonal layouts, maintaining a consistent brand image.</li>\n <li>Inspect displays regularly to ensure proper functionality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with store managers and other departments to optimize product placements and promotional displays based on inventory levels and sales goals.</li>\n <li>Provide training and development for team members to enhance their visual merchandising skills and knowledge of brand standards.</li>\n <li>Prepare reports on display performance metrics, customer feedback, and any necessary adjustments to improve results.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to in-store displays or team execution, escalating complex problems when needed.</li>\n <li>Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative merchandising techniques.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li>\n <li>Creativity and an eye for detail to design and implement visually compelling displays.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, display setup, and retail operations.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools is a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education & Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field preferred.</li>\n <li>2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.</li>\n <li>Experience in a retail environment is highly desirable.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $29.81 - USD $33.00 /Hr.",
